Data Analyst (CareerFoundry Project)
In this project, I acted as a data analyst, exploring the Instacart open-source dataset to uncover customer shopping patterns. Using Python (Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib) and Excel, I cleaned and merged data, analyzed order timing, and customer loyalty trends. Finally, I presented insights that could guide Instacart’s marketing and inventory strategies
Tram Expansion and Housing Prices (Difference-in-Differences Analysis)
Master’s Thesis – Political Economy at University of Barcelona
In this project, I analyzed the impact of tram expansion on housing prices in Greater Manchester using 25,000+ geocoded sales from 1995–2024. Using a staggered difference-in-differences with an event study, I compared homes within 1,000 meters of new tram stops to those 1,000–1,500 meters away, showing how transport proximity shaped housing markets over a decade.
